Neurosymphony.ai ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Attentive Chanting Companion mobile application (the "App"). We regard your spiritual practice as a sacred trust. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our App.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information in two ways: data you provide to us directly, and data automatically collected via the App.

A. Account Data (Google Sign-In)

If you choose to log in using Google Sign-In, we collect your Name, Email Address, and Profile Picture. This is used solely to create your "Sacred Identity" profile and sync your progress across devices.

B. Practice Data

We store data related to your meditation practice, including session dates, round counts, attention scores, and personal realization notes. By default, this is stored locally on your device. If you log in, this data is encrypted and synced to our secure cloud database.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To personalize your experience and track your spiritual milestones (Streaks, Badges).
  • To provide "Cloud Sync" functionality, preventing data loss if you switch devices.
  • To respond to coaching requests or support inquiries you initiate.
  • We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to others.

3. Data Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. Data transmission between the App and our servers is encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology. However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

4. Third-Party Services

We may employ third-party companies (such as Google Cloud Platform) to facilitate our App service.

Google API Services User Data Policy:

Attentive Chanting Companion's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Your Rights & Data Deletion

You have full control over your data.

Requesting Data Deletion

You may request the complete deletion of your account and all associated practice data at any time.

  1. Open the App.
  2. Navigate to the Trends/History modal.
  3. Click the Clear Log or Delete icon.
  4. Alternatively, email us at consulting@neurosymphony.ai with the subject "Data Deletion Request".

6. Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly solicit information from or market to children under the age of 13. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under age 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information.
